1. How do I place an order?

Categories of apparel and merchandise items available are listed on the home page (main menu).

Each category can be seen by clicking on the name of the category, which will show you an overview of the items available.

This site uses a shopping basket. Users can place items in the shopping cart and check pricing before finalizing the order. Items can be removed from the shopping basket anytime before the user approves an order by pushing the "Continue" button on the Final Purchase Approval page.

The navigation bar at the left of each page allows you to quickly get back to the home page menu or view items that have been placed in the shopping basket.

2. Is there a minimum order total?

There is a $25.00 minimum order total. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at 888-416-8660.

3. What are the possible payment methods?

You can pay for merchandise with a credit card or check. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may pay by check, by printing and mailing in the Underwear Affair Vancouver Order Form. Note: when paying by check your order will be shipped in 10 business days (after your check has cleared).

4. What if I have questions?

5. What shipping and handling information do I need to know?

Merchandise featured on this web site are regularly in stock. Orders for merchandise in stock are typically shipped within 2 to 3 days. If any merchandise is not available, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as availability occurs.


PromoShop charges a $5.00 handling fee per shipment.

PromoShop will ship international orders by Federal Express International. You will be billed at the carrier's published rate. The order recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes related to the order. No rush service is available for international orders

6. What delivery information do I need to know?

Merchandise featured on this web site are regularly in stock. Orders for merchandise in stock are typically shipped within 2 to 3 days. If any merchandise is not available, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as availability occurs.

In the event of a rush order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to see if you would like to keep the item on backorder or if you would like to select another item; or, you can contact Customer Service at 888-416-8660.

7. What about international orders?

All international orders must be prepaid with a credit card or money transfer. Please call Customer Service at 888-416-8660 for shipping method.

8. Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Sales tax applicable to residents of CA, ID and TX. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to residents of Canada.

9. How do I determine what size to order?

All of the Underwear Affair Vancouver clothing items are designed to the size specifications shown in the charts below. For questions on merchandise sizing please email customerservice@promoshopla.com.

10. Can I ship merchandise to more than one location?

Orders with multiple ship to addresses will be treated as separate orders. Please call Customer Service at 888-416-8660 if you have questions or concerns.

11. What if I want to confirm my order?

After you have placed an order on the web site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that outlines the order. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 888-416-8660.

12. What about credit card security on-line?

You can shop online with confidence, knowing that the financial and personal information you submit is secure. This site uses secure commerce technology. All of the data that you enter on your checkout page, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet so it cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. For your record, when you purchase a product and check out, print the screen so you have a paper record of your purchase. It will be necessary if you need to follow up on an order with Customer Service.

13. What if I have a return or exchange?

Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 10 business days of order receipt. Please follow the steps to return or exchange an item:

1) Click here to obtain a Return Exchange form, one is included with your order as well.

2) Complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise to be returned. Be sure to keep a copy for your files.

3) When shipping item(s) back, please wrap the merchandise in sturdy packaging and secure with strong tape to prevent damage in transit.

4) Return the package to us via United Parcel Service or insured Parcel Post. Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost merchandise.

5) Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt of your package. A credit will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase following the processing of your return (delivery charges are not refundable). Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery.

6) All merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging received. We reserve the right to refuse return of damaged merchandise. Please return to:

14. What if I don't see what I want on the site?

15. Gift Certificates

Please enter the gift certificate code that was e-mailed to you in the "Gift Certificate" box on the check out page. Click the "Redeem Certificate" box and your gift certificate will be applied to your order in the "Order Summary" below. Please note any unused portion of the gift certificate will remain available on the gift certificate and can be redeemed on a separate order. Gift certificates are valid for merchandise purchase only, applicable taxes and freight must be paid by credit card.
